Chalet Pre Fleuri

The main chalet area occupies the ground and first floor of the Pre-Fleuri building.

It boasts a very large comfy lounge with squishy sofas and a front opening wood burner, large dining area, separate TV room, WC's and a large professional kitchen on the ground floor.

The 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite and 2 further bathrooms are housed on the first floor and can sleep up to 14.

The large downstairs living/dining area with open log fire is a superb area to chill out and chat.

The separate TV lounge offers a haven for the kids to watch DVDs and play games, all of which are available at the chalet.

The large professional kitchen is well equipped with dishwashers, microwave large oven and loads of storage, and there is crockery and glassware for up to 16 guests.

The gound floor french windows open onto a patio with garden furniture and private gardens. Providing a safe private area for children to play.

Free broadband Wifi is also available in the main chalet. 

The 6 bedrooms assigned to this main chalet area are all on the first floor.

Five of the rooms can be twin or double bedded rooms and the remaining sixth room is a double. Three of the rooms including the only permanent double room have ensuite shower rooms with WC's. There are two further bathrooms housed on the first floor next to the bedrooms and one of the bedrooms has a small private kitchen. Three of the bedrooms also have french doors which open onto a south facing balcony, perfect for sunbathing.

We can also offer a catered service at Chalet Pre-Fleuri in the main chalet. We offer 2 courses in the summer, a mouthwatering main course and delicious dessert. Wine is also included and we offer a choice of refreshing Rose, chilled white, or fruity reds.

Our summer menus incorporate mainly light meals, with fresh vegetables and a carbohydrate (potatoes, polenta, pasta or coucous). We also incorporate a few traditional local dishes. So you get a true taste of the Savoyard region during your stay. 

Situated on the ground and first floor of Chalet Pre-Fleuri in the traditional village of St Jean de Sixt, is approx 2.5 km (5 minutes) from both La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand town centres. The bus stop is under a minute’s walk from the apartments and goes to Annecy, La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand.
