The Laurentides apartment is situated in a chalet of 8 independent apartments, the chalet apartment is on the top floor and occupies two floors.

It is sleeps up to 6 and isperfect for families or two couples.

Located at 1300m, 4 km from the centre of the village, and close to Lac des Confins, it is near to restaurants and ski shops. It faces the La Balme ski area (2616m) which has two cable cars within walking distance, linked into the resort and village. The ski bus stop is only 100 yards walk, and links all the ski areas together.

The apartment perfect location for enjoying the cross country ski tracks which run close to the chalet.

On this floor there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with dining table which sits 6-8 easily. There is also a sofa (which is also a bed if needed), an open fireplace and french windows onto balcony. Near the entrance to the apartment is a double bedroom (smaller than upstairs but fits a wardrobe and bedside tables), bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The flooring is tiles with underfloor heating throughout, and carpet in the bedroom. 

Most of the sleeping accommodation is located on the first floor including the large master bedroom includes a double + single bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The gallery/Mezzanine sleeping area is separated by curtains, with two single beds, chest of drawers. There is also a bathroom with powerful shower on this floor and a modern wood finished floor throughout. 

The Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven and grill, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and fondue/raclette set...bring on the cheese! Cutlery and crockery for 8 people. Compact kitchen, but conveniently laid out and easily handles cooking for everyone. Plus there is a private washing machine and dryer in basement.
