This spacious chalet is much loved by families and groups who like delcious food, good service and a hassle free holiday!

The chalet is the most trditional of all our chalets and as a result it is the most popular. It offers a real home from home environment with true savoyarde charm. A place to truely relax and enjoy good company and comfy surroundings.

Chalet Fan La Bise nestles on the hillside at the end of a private road, allowing complete privacy for guests, and a traffic free location for children to play in the surrounding fields and garden.

Chalet Fan La Bise is available on a catered or self catered basis, and offers special catered rates for families and groups. When booked on an 'exclusive use' basis, catered groups of up to 14 can also take advantage of choosing their own meal times and daily menus.

The sleeping accommodation at Chalet Fan La Bise is perfect for 2-3 families or a group of friends.

The chalet sleeps up to 14 guests on a catered basis, and 16 guests on a self catered basis, in a combination of delightfully cosy wooden clad bedroom of different sizes. Rooms include:

• family suite (2 adjoining rooms and ensuite facilities)
• large double room (nicknamed the 'honeymoon suite')
• quad bunk room - perfect for a group of friends*
• twin/double ensuite room*
• small bunk room*

*only vailable for large catered or self catered groups. 

Chalet Fan La Bise offers plenty of well designed living space for guests to enjoy.

The sunny terrace with steamer chairs, or south facing balcony with comfy outside sofas are perfect spots for relaxing with a good book, or enjoying a pre-dinner drink.

Fan La Bise is a real home from home ayou can catch up with your favourite programs on the BBC or relax watching some of the latest DVD's. There is also a wide selection of board games, decks of cards, books and magazines in the chalet, to help you relax. Tea and and coffee is available 24hrs a day, if you fancy a brew at any time. 

We have had some great feedback about all the meals we have served at Chalet Fan La Bise over the years. With this in mind, each season we put together a selection of appealing daily menus which incorporate our guests favourite dishes, along with a taste of something new and a few traditional local dishes. So you get a true taste of the Savoyard region during your stay.

We offer a wide range of vegetarian dishes, and we ask our guests to let us know when booking if they have any food allergies, dietary requirments or need a vegetarian menu, as we can re-adjust the weekly menus accordingly. Similarily don't hesitate to let us know your likes and dislikes in advance, i.e red meat, fish, mushrooms etc.

Our 'exclusive use' catered guests now have the added option of pre-selecting the daily menus in advance of their stay. Take a look at this summers new menu, for a taste of our chalet cuisine. 

Your hosts live in the lower part of the chalet, and are on hand to cook, provide transfers and in-resort transport, arrange activities, and generally answer any questions you may have during your stay.

They can also arrange babysitting and childcare at the chalet, and advise on other childcare solutions offered within the town.

Your hosts will be delighted to share their mountain stories and point out the best restaurants, bars and areas to visit during your stay.
