Chalet Desgranges

Built in 2006 in traditional Savoyard style, Chalet Desgranges is a modern, bright chalet furnished to a very high standard and sleeps up to 10 people in 5 spacious rooms.

Situated in the charming village of St Jean de Sixt it is just 3km away from the ski slopes of La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand.

The chalet has wonderful views down into the Thones valley and up into the Aravis mountains, where ski runs are visible. It looks out onto pastoral land and forests, a calm and tranquil location.

There is a homely living room with relaxing sofas and all the technical comforts of home, such as TV/SKY, DVD player and a hi-fi system.

The Patio doors in the living room open onto a terrace, where there is also a BBQ and outdoor furniture. A perfect place to catch some afternoon sun.

The well appointed dining room with table, seats up to 10 comfortably.

Set on 3 levels this chalet offers all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting.

The chalet offers ample bathroom facilities with two shower rooms (one with toilet), one family bathroom (with bath and shower) and one upstairs toilet.

Chalet Desgranges also boasts a Modern fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fondue sets, crockery, pans and fridge/freezer.

Washing machine and drying facilities.

Access is provided up through the garage or up the side steps to the house. The double garage on the lower ground floor is perfect for a ski store and also offers parking for 3 cars.

This chalet is rented on a self clean basis, but linen is provided. 

The chalet has sleeping accommodation for 10.

It has 5 bedrooms in total -2 double bedrooms, with double beds, 2 twin rooms with two single beds and a room with bunk beds, which are large enough to accommodate 2 adults (good head clearance).

Three of the bedrooms open out onto the southwestern balcony and have a wonderful view down the valley.
